Question 1: Should 2 pair call for a last card in 7-card stud against four suited cards showing (a probable flush)? What are the odds generally of improving to a full house?

A: The most important thing for 2 pair call in online video poker during the last card in  7-card stud game is the pot size. Of course, unless your opponent has exposed his hole cards, you can't be sure that he has a flush. In 7-card studs in online video poker, you may have only seen four of his cards.

With 2 pair, there are four cards that can make a full house for you in online video poker. If you've seen all four of them exposed, you have zero chance to make a full house, if three exposed, then fairly little, and so on. In online video poker, just divide the number of remaining potential full house cards by the number of remaining potential non-full house cards and compare that to the amount it will cost you to call vs. the amount that's in the pot. (Adjusting, perhaps, for whether your opponent might bet his flush into you when you make your full house, and whether he will call the raise when you make it).
