1.   After a night's winnings, what percentage of the winnings are you supposed to put into your bankroll?

2.   Generally, to win a big bet on an hourly rate requires more than 300 bets for the money to roll for the cash. If this is the case, then what should be my reasonable hourly rate for a bankroll if I play heads-up in Hold’em poker?
