Answer:    No, the slot card is not sophisticated enough to determine if you are a skilled player or not. In many online casinos, the slot card account keeps track of your wins and losses, but it cannot analyze how you are playing or developing each hand in Online Poker. Even if it did, the computer software is not programmed to determine whether you are skillful or just lucky in Internet Gambling. Even most online pit bosses can't tell whether a winning blackjack player is ahead because of skill or just plain luck during sessions of Internet Gambling.

There are only stray cases when a skilled player was ever barred from playing. In those cases also, the players were prohibited from playing because of some legalities rather than the slot card evaluating their skill levels. I have heard of one case where a professional poker player was barred after several weeks of taking heavy advantage of an online promotion.
